The North of England Robotics Innovation Centre (NERIC) is a £16 million facility that will serve as a hub for small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) looking to design, test, and validate innovations in this rapidly growing area. The centre will offer SMEs a space for developing and applying robotics, automation, and other innovative digital technologies in their businesses.

The roof combines Sikabit Hot Melt and Sky Garden Green Roof systems. The walls feature a combination of Euroclad Vieo Standing Seam and Euroclad Europanel F5 in their Zeus colour, creating a modern and striking design.
